Clay-limestone soils, plots located at an altitude of 300 m. The estate has been working in sustainable agriculture for more than 15 years and has been in organic conversion since 2021.
Winemaking
The grapes are crushed and then cold pressed at low temperature. Each grape variety is vinified separately in stainless steel vats. No aging in wood.

Dress : Limpid and brilliant robe, with straw-gold reflections.
Nose : Fruity nose, floral notes.
Mouth : Aromas of crisp white fruits, pear, apple. Long in the mouth, ending on a mineral note.

Goes perfectly with a langoustine risotto, a lobster bisque or a seafood platter.Vegetarian idea
Oven-roasted asparagus and poached egg or fine goat cheese and honey tart.Aging: Can be drunk now, maximum aging 2 to 3 years.
