Soils

Clay-limestone soils, plots located at an altitude of 300 m. The estate has been working in sustainable agriculture for more than 15 years and has been in organic conversion since 2021.

 

Winemaking

The grapes are crushed and then cold pressed at low temperature. Each grape variety is vinified separately in stainless steel vats.
