Soils
The plots of syrah and grenache are located at an altitude of 300 m on stony ground. The carignan plot on clay-limestone soil. The estate has been working in sustainable agriculture for more than 15 years and has been in organic conversion since 2021.
 
Winemaking
Last plots to be harvested. The grapes are picked up by hand, a part is crushed. The other is vinified as a whole bunch. Aged in oak barrels for 10 to 12 months.
 
Aging: Can be kept for 5 to 8 years
