Intense purple colour.
Intense, spicy nose.
Round and fruity, with candied fruit aromas. Velvety, comforting texture, long, slightly spicy finish.
Daube provençale, duck confit, boeuf bourguignon, truffle brouillade, Savoyard fondue with morel mushrooms, Bo Bun with stir-fried beef.
The grapes are picked by hand. Some of the grapes are crushed, while others are vinified as whole bunches. Aged in oak barrels for 10 to 12 months.
