Clear and brilliant with golden highlights.

Floral and spicy notes.

Aromas of ripe white fruit, spices (cinnamon, vanilla) and roasted almond.

Fillet of sole, to accompany semi-cooked foie gras, bulgur and cep risotto, fresh tagliatelle with salmon and Espelette pepper.

The grapes are picked by hand in the coolest hours of the day. It is crushed and cold-pressed before being settled and vinified at low temperature. Each grape variety is vinified separately in stainless steel vats. The wine is then matured in barrels for 6 to 8 months.
