Yoga session in the vineyard and wine tasting

Hello everyone,

 

Join us on Friday 14 June from 6pm to 8pm for an evening of yoga in the heart of the vineyards.

 

The session will be led by professional Olympe Coaching and will be followed by a tasting of our wines: 1h30 of well-being in the heart of our estate.

 

You'll have the chance to round off the evening in style with delicious pizzas from the Maison Burle foodtruck!

Olive oil

Terre de GHAYA offers you its very first production of Les Bellonis virgin olive oil of 75 cl.

100% local, the oil is extracted from fresh green olives from our olive grove located at the foot of Mont Ventoux. It is then packaged by us, directly at the cellar.

Recipe idea: Candied eggplant in olive oil

Ingredients
2 eggplants

8 tomatoes

7 cloves of garlic

1 onion

Les Bellonis olive oil

thyme, salt, pepper

 

Preparation
Wash and cut the eggplants in slices of 1 to 2 cm. Put them in the oven, sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper, and leave to cook with 4 cloves of garlic for 30 minutes at 120°C. Wash, mound, seed and cut the tomatoes. Sauté the chopped onion and the remaining garlic in olive oil. Add the tomatoes and thyme and cook for 40 minutes on very low heat. Remove the crushed tomatoes from the heat and let the mixture cool down. Place the eggplant and the crushed tomatoes in 3 or 4 layers on a plate. Serve with a small green salad.
