A family history

Under the passionate direction of my father and myself, the Domaine Terre de Ghaya showcases our passion for Ventoux wines, perpetuating the pride passed down from my great-grandparents since the 1900s. Rooted in tradition, we were the first in our family to set up a winery.

These exceptional wines, rich in personality and with remarkable aromatic charisma, emanate from a terroir bathed in sunshine and caressed by the winds of the Ventoux mountains.

Proud of our winegrowing heritage, our Ghaya family, driven by a passion for wine and respect for the environment, cares for the grapes with a deep respect for the terroir that surrounds us.

We have made gravity-fed vinification our hallmark, excluding the use of pumps at every stage of the process.

Studies show that the use of pumps during the harvest can alter the taste of the wine, accentuating its bitterness and astringency.

This unique approach gives our wines a preserved, authentic quality, the result of our commitment to winemaking that respects nature.

In the heart of a Provençal village

Domaine Terre de Ghaya is a winegrowing gem in the heart of the Ventoux!

Located in Bedoin, a Provencal village with a Germanic name meaning 'cradle of wine', our estate has been embracing the heritage of the land since 1900.

Nestled at the foot of Mont Ventoux, surrounded by hamlets, Bedoin attracts cycling and nature enthusiasts alike. Residences, gîtes, chambres d'hôtes, our village invites you to enjoy a unique stay, between wine tasting, forest walks and biodiversity exploration.

Classified as a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1990, Mont Ventoux, with its 55,000 hectares of forest, is home to the largest cedar forest in Europe.

Our family, attentive to this cultural and historical wealth, offers you exceptional wines that bear witness to this incredible biodiversity.

Great discovery, the wines are very good. There is something for everyone and the staff is very welcoming. I recommend.

We went at the end of July. The Terre de Ghaya domain is quite recent according to the explanations received. The building is very beautiful with a small terrace in front. The reception of the winegrower's daughter is just as friendly. Wine tasting (the Gravité Blanc in superb barrels) and very pleasant presentation of the wines. Thank you and good continuation.

Daniel

We have retired winegrower friends in Bedoin. They recommended this vault to me. Every year we take rosé which is excellent, I recommend it! In addition the reception is at the top
